Superb

Liked: I called earlier in the day to tell them I would be arriving after midnight. The staff was very helpful and told me how to get in because the doors would be locked. A valet immediately came to help and took my luggage to the room and parked my car in the secure parking lot . The front desk manager was eager to greet me and had my room already. He was very professional and courteous. The hotel location was easy to get to and was decorated beautifully.. I will definitely be coming back and staying at the Capitol hotel.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say everything was wonderful!

Beautiful hotel but careless operations...

Disliked: They gave us a room where hot water faucet was broken and the cleaning staff obviously knew this. Hotel also levied a charge for in-room dining that we did not order, and they still have not resolved it.

Liked: This is a wonderful place. It has a charming rotunda and a great bar. It is old, but that's part of its charm. Our room was large and clean. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Staying here was a treat...

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, the food was delicious, and the room was elegant and very comfortable.
Disliked: The prices were on the high side but worth the expense if you're prepared for it.

Simply charming

Liked: Quintessentially the best hotel in Little Rock - it may not have a pool or a gift shop but it oozes old school southern charm.
Disliked: It could do with a convenience store internally - it used to have one?? It could also benefit from a couple of hotel limousines to get guests around when needed.
