Disliked: Rooms were not ready, even after I was phoned and told they were. Pre-arrangements were made so that a group of high school students would be on the same floor and upon arrival this was not an option. As a teacher, I was responsible for a group of 12 high school students and was nervous with them spread over 4 floors. The staff at the front desk were very unprofessional and by no means friendly!

Disliked: No hot water when I want to take a shower and the front desk staff changed my room type for no reason

Disliked: Loud noise on Saturday night. Would be nice if someone could take a walk on the floors after 1:00am to make sure there are no loud parties. I do believe it takes away from the dignity of your hotel. Isn’t 1:00am reasonable?
