Liked: large room right next to beach. had fun activities including biking to the marina. heated pool

Liked: Very close to beach. The hotel was overall very clean. The tub in my room was huge.
Disliked: The view from our room was of a hill. Would have preferred to see the ocean. When I booked the stay, I was under the impression that I would have a view of the ocean.

Liked: nothing
Disliked: So loud from the minute I arrived, I asked for any other room that was quieter. Offering to forgo the two bedroom. I couldn’t hear my online meeting, people on the meeting asked what the banging was, then the water shut off, I left and paid for a new room in another hotel. I reached out to the staff to no avail, they have not responded at all and Booking has no help.

A great place to go...

Liked: Excellent location, 2 bedroom suite was roomy, very clean and comfortable. There are lots of things to do and see in the area. The Nixon President library is only 35 miles away and is well worth the drive.
Disliked: The only thing that could have been better was the weather

The Capistrano Surfside is a...

Liked: Very accommodating staff, good location near San Juan Capistrano, Dana Pt and San Clemente. Easy access to beach. clean, comfortable with nice amenities. While it was cool for swimming in the pool or the ocean, we enjoyed the available bikes to ride to Dana Pt Marina. Kitchen equipped and adequate for meal prep. We would stay there again when in the area.
Disliked: The kitchen layout was a little awkward with frig blocking some cabinets. Double tub awkward to get in and out of.
