Great staff, great location and...

Liked: This facility is a real hidden gem. They are so proactive on maintenance, service, amenities, cleanliness. The front desk reception is friendly and helpful, especially Lisa, who made our family feel welcome. We have used this place twice now, and we will use it again. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.
Disliked: Everything was great!

Disliked: The pool was cold when it was supposed to be heated

Excellent value for money close...

Liked: Huge, clean rooms — basically an apartment with all amenities including kitchen. Views of the beach. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The views include the highway and the railroad, can get very noisy.

Liked: Walking distance to the dana point harbor
Disliked: When we checked in our room was not cleaned the trash was full the bed wasn't made. We had to leave and come back so they could clean it.a few days later we let them.know that the body wash dispenser was out,they said they'd take care of it but never did.
