Liked: It was very worn, old looking. The furniture was scratched and worn out. The screen door was very hard to open to get to the balcony. The robes in our room were frayed and had worn holes and had stains. Around the faucets in the bathroom was hard water spots that were white

Liked: Short walk to the beach was great plus the extras they offer for beach use like chairs, towels and sand toys.

Liked: It was clean and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I had to say something about my rooms A/C. It ran but wouldn’t cool the room off below 73 degrees. It was fixed while my wife and I were out (the next day) and then I lost access to my room. I went to get another digital key, but the system wasn’t working. I had to use a key card and that finally worked. The staff was accommodating and professional, but I was quite miserable for my first nights stay until I figured out the A/C wasn’t working.

Disliked: Rooms were dirty and lots of items need to be tighten. The grout is dirty, handle to rm 2014 shower is loose. The maid didn’t pick up the iron and iron board. Etc… the room smelled like chorine and we were not by the pool. The room was hot and it was 54 degrees outside and the a/c was off. ???
