What a disaster.

Liked: The view from the room was really pretty and the pool area was clean
Disliked: Buyer beware! My stay has always included 4 water park passes for years and when I showed up to the water park the rude associate at the pool area told me we had to buy passes separately. I explained to her that it was included in the stay and she said the new policy is that the water park passes are separate so I had to pay an extra $200 just to access the park, all while watching other families just walk straight into the water area. Then I checked my reservation on booking.com and it did state that I had 4 water passes included so I called the front desk and they had me go to them to refund it… I had to leave my friends and daughter at the water park while I dealt with the issue (in my wet bathing suit). That took a while because the associate who was trying to help me wasn’t sure how to refund the tickets. When I went back we were hungry so we went to the food court and waited a half hour in line just to be told they had RUN OUT OF FOOD. We had to get chips and drinks. The bedroom was nice but the beds were so uncomfortable and noisy we didn’t sleep much. The whole entire stay was just miserable. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the water slides but I was too busy dealing with other issues made by the hotel. My incidental fee was never refunded either since the front desk refunded me the water park tickets as an incidental fee my original incidental fee never was returned. What a mess. I don’t want to go back anytime soon.

Liked: food was good.
Disliked: hotel was overbooked, did not get room I reserved. accommodations substituted were unacceptable. 5 people, 1 bed and a cot that sunk in like a swayback horse. Extremely disappointed. I didn't get what I paid for, nor was I offered a refund of any amount. kids asked to play in outside areas nd were NOT allowed to toss around a ball.. Pool was not open. Food in restaurant was good, but service was extremely slow, not enough servers. Fight broke out in water park, and the lifeguard could not handle it. My son and daughter stepped in to break up the women fighting in front of all the kids.

Liked: Nothing at all , rooms were disgusting. I had to have housekeeping make up beds . Looks like they were slept in. I got my room with water park included then when I get there they were trying to charge me for Waterpark I explained it was part of room rate but I had to look it up then stand in line for another 45 minutes to show them email . I would think they would know if park was included. But they wanna scam you if they can . Both days in water park we were there half the place was not operable. So u could only use half the water park. Back to the rooms when we got in our room it was dirty pillowcases had stains on them . All and all I will never stay at this establishment ever again. I am completely and utterly sickened at what I was charged for the room . My kids were so disappointed. I had heard good things but that was a horrible experience. Even the hall ways were not cleaned up. There were crackers crushed up on the stairs everyday we were there. Even morning we left mess was still there. I have never been so mad about wasting money as I was after that experience. I have 4 kids so it takes me time to save up to be able to do things like this with my kids. So you can imagine how disappointing this was for my kids as well as myself
