Exceptional
Liked: I liked the location, the easy access to the festivals and overall my family liked everything.

Excellent accommodation. Will stay here...
Liked: Gym, pool, sauna, steam room. Very nice room with good assortment of facilities. Updated and clean
Disliked: Would be great to have a kettle too, and closer to the ski lifts, but we appreciated the shuttle which was very convenient.

Liked: Location was convenient. Setting is lovely.
Disliked: Room and furnishings were dated. Shower worked poorly. Steam did not work at all.

Liked: really did not like the hotel.
Disliked: This booking was not with the hotel, but with ASRL. Kinda like airbnb or something. So nothing could be done thru the hotel. The beds were dirty and so I called housekeeping and they could not help because they don't manage our room.

Liked: The hotel itself was very nice. Centrally located and the staff was very nice. Loved the free shuttle (we tipped of course) and the free city buses.
Disliked: There was no maid service or clean towels since our unit was privately owned. The light in the ceiling fan flickered off and on all night long. We were told it would be fixed but it was not. It was very hot in the living room for the one sleeping there.
