Overall a very good value...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s price was reasonable. The pool area was nice.
Disliked: There were some maintenance issues. The electrical outlet next to the sink didn’t work. The sauna by the pool didn’t work. The door to the pool area was locked. I had to get the desk clerk to open it for me.

Liked: room was clean and spacious, we had to extend our stay due to storm and were easily accommodated.
Disliked: we found the pool and hot tub to be way colder than expected. to the point that we referred to the hot tub as the Luke warm tub. The wifi is beyond slow and for those that need it for work is close to unusable.

nice friendly hotel

Liked: the jacuzzi in room the door going outside, and the fact all services were in hotel.
Disliked: birthday party rental of pool. we were enjoying a nice hot tub when a kids party come in and took over the entire pool area. kids dripping all over our shirts and stuff. no sense of boundaries. we left the pool area we were in for about 15mins.
