Excellent and comfortable

Liked: I was upgraded to a deluxe room and it was lovely, clean and great views. Staff are just so professional and lovely, especially the reception staff
Disliked: Nothing everything was good

Liked: The lobby was pretty
Disliked: The room was very cold and you couldn’t control the heating in the room, the water took a long time to heat up and the cupboard in the room stunk of damp

Warm and welcoming hotel

Liked: Convenient location, staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded and our room was very comfortable. Had evening meal and breakfast at Stables restaurant food was excellent. We will be back.
Disliked: Nothing we did not like
