Charming stay with room to...

Liked: The hotel was charming and ideally situated in a prime location. Its modern design added a contemporary touch, while the balcony offered a delightful view and a relaxing spa experience, enhancing the overall stay.
Disliked: I personally prefer traditional doors for bathrooms rather than barn doors. The restaurant offered a delicious menu; however, it appeared to be understaffed, which affected the overall service experience. We got our good 95 minutes after ordering…

Worst experience and value content...

Liked: No breakfast available except for old bagels,always out of dinner items. Rooms were not normal. Service terrible, not a friendly place. Terrible value for the money. No one told me about the train tracks behind hotel and construction noise til darkness. Road construction downtown.
Disliked: Dumb room layout, small closets with just 3 hangers attached so can't be removed. Large bathroom with very little flat space for travel items. Massive claw foot tub hard to enter and slippery. Old fashioned wrap around shower curtain hard to manage. One shelf made from tree trunk. Quaint and not functional room. Room felt like a dungeon. Three freight trains passed between 1-4 AM with squeeky wheels ! Staff not friendly or helpful. Never been told by staff to use public walk in shower "down the hall" if can't manage the tub.

Liked: With the lack of food options in this greater area, the Cantilever unequivocally needs entrees (as opposed to tapas-like menu) on the menu for dinner and needs to have breakfast from the kitchen.
Disliked: Needs to prioritize guests over restaurant patrons.

Stunning architecture, delightful room, unique...

Liked: We had a daily latte which (despite there being some issues with the latte foaming device) was wonderful. We enjoyed finding a nice place in the hotel (many options) for sitting and sipping our lattes.
Disliked: Food options for breakfast were pretty sad. Nothing looked particularly appealing or even very healthy. Since everything was pre-packaged, it all seemed like "old" food. We'd hoped for unique local options.

Can’t wait to come back!

Liked: Cantilever provides a wonderful getaway with chic accommodations, friendly staff, and delicious food and cocktails. I love the modern, rustic vibe. The mussels were scrumptious!
Disliked: Not a thing. We loved it.

Liked: Staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall hotel was very nice.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.
