Liked: Comfortable bed and nice linenVery good breakfast (though service was slow)
Disliked: Parking at a price in the daytime either in the roads nearby or in the multi storey car path not cheap. We found the instructions for gaining access to the property (as the place is unmanned) a little complicated . No one manning the desk

Ok for a short stay

Liked: The staff were very pleasant. The full English breakfast was nice. One of the staff there seemed to be everything there and worked tirelessly, but she always had a smile to give us and greeted us each time we walked in or out
Disliked: The bed was not particularly comfortable. The room was super small and it was hot and stuffy. We could not open the window because we were on the ground floor and no bars for safety on them so could only have the very top of the top window open a bit. There was a small fan which if it wasn’t there the room would have been unbearable

Liked: Quite roomy, quiet, comfortable. Excellent location.
Disliked: Only sink was in walk-in shower with low tap that only a glass/ cup could fit under.

Disliked: Warm room, noisy at front, bed was hard, breakfast of poor quality

Disliked: The room - even located at northwest side -was really too warm. A fan didn’t help much .

Liked: Brilliant location, although parking was a pain. Lovely breakfast and a cute little garden.

Value for money a great...

Liked: Very central for exploring Canterbury. Clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
