Canterbury bell

Liked: We went to Broadstairs and Canterbury but used the buses which was just over the road from the hotel which left the car in the car park till we came home we also walked to a pub just round the corner was a lovely place to stay
Disliked: The only thing that was wrong was the menue in our room was out of date but other than that it was great we told the staff about it and they dealt with it

Liked: The breakfast was very good selection and exceptional value
Disliked: It was very warm and one of the rooms air conditioning wasn’t very effective.

Ok but wasn’t a cheap...

Disliked: A bit noisy from road had to leave aircon on as a musty smell

Liked: Lovely hotel with pub next door. Rooms OK with very comfortable beds. Lovely big shopping centre across road.
Disliked: Nothing really. Not within walking distance of attractions.

Liked: Good stopover on the way to the ferry port.Evening meal was good in the pub and breakfast was really nice with good choices.Rooms are adequate and comfortable
Disliked: The room was not as clean as it could have been.We have been using this hotel many times on our way to France and standard's are definitely slipping which is a shame.

A comfortable and relaxing stay...

Liked: The room was basic but clean. It had all one needed for a good and comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable so had a good night’s rest. The breakfast was very good. We had dinner on one night. The staff were friendly and the meal was delicious. Hotel is in a good location with a shopping centre across the road as well as Stagecoach buses to Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs.
Disliked: No vending machine in the lobby to obtain light refreshments such as water, soft drinks or snacks. Perhaps an ironing board/iron in the room would have been useful but not essential.
