Disliked: I thought we had booked bed & breakfast it wasn't until we arrived we told no. Even though we had to pay it was good value.

Very good

Liked: Check-in fine in restaurant opposite accommodation. Room and bathroom ok. Beds comfy. Had meal in restaurant which was good. Staff pleasant. Good location near facilities, shops, restaurants.
Disliked: Duvet was very thick for time of year. Children’s play area opposite our room was noisy!

Liked: I liked the location. It was easy to connect to Broadstairs and Ramsgate. The mall opposite the accommodation was very convenient as well. Overall it was a decent place to stay.
Disliked: I do feel the room could do with a few touch ups such as a coat of paint and replacing some missing wood panels on the furniture. The bathroom had a musty smell. Also the entrance into the inn had an odd smell as well. The day we requested the room to be cleaned could have been done to a higher standard such as cleaning out the used cups and re-making the bed.
