Excellent service. Beautiful room and great location. Expensive for 3p.m. check in and 11a.m. check out.

Liked: Location, service and decor.
Disliked: Loud slamming heavy doors all through the night.

Very good

Disliked: When we got back after dinner, One evening we asked for Waters. The gentleman behind the counter said “we don’t give away waters”. The ice and water machine was not working on the 3rd floor, Where our room was , so we needed to go to floor 4. I would say he needs some training in customer service. He seemed like he was quite irritated.

Liked: Terrific location on the riverfront - beautiful view from our room. Easy access to many DC attractions.
