Liked: close to everything on the wharf. 2 minute walk to hells kitchen. very friendly staff.
Disliked: the elevators are confusing . there’s coffee makers in the room but with only 2 creamers and no complimentary waters in the fridge. water was $2 a bottle in the lobby. my booking said breakfast was included but I had to pay $50. For $450 for one night I expected some amenities. I’ve stayed in better hotels for half the price.

Liked: I loved the room, the bed, the staff, and the location is the best!
Disliked: I guess I wish we could go right to our room level from the first floor without having to switch elevators but not a big deal at all.
