Liked: The room was nice and clean and a great size. The location was perfect. Plenty of places to eat near by and only a 10 min from the red line.
Disliked: The only real issue I had was that the air con ran quite hot which made sleeping hard. I tried to turn it down but it defaulted to a preset temperate.

Had wonderful potential, but was...
Liked: It was clean and modern, in an excellent location.The staff were very pleasant and courteous. The housekeeping was efficient and room was always clean when we returned. Water from a fountain and ice was available next to the elevator. The was a clean empty bottle to fill in the room.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable. Some of the towels were like sandpaper. The breakfast had a lot of potential, with a nice menu and setting. However the kitchen must have had a problem and was extremely slow. We ordered 2 cups of coffee and were told they were making it fresh. At first only 1 cup was served and it was lukewarm. Finally 15 minutes later a 2nd cup was served. We waited more than 1 hour for our food. When it finally came out , it was cold and looked like it had been sitting out. Apparently they were seriously understaffed. We didn’t want to wait any longer for fresh food and decided to leave. The reception desk was apologetic , courteous and offered to remove the charge for breakfast, however it was not removed from the bill when we departed. There was only 1 valet and he was not always available when we needed him.
