Liked: Review Title: Disappointing Stay with Major IssuesI recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The air conditioning in my room was broken, and despite informing reception about the issue, I was told that there were no other rooms available for me to move into. Instead, I was provided with just a fan, which was inadequate for the extreme 42-degree heat we were facing. To make matters worse, the area around the hotel was quite unsettling, with drug users frequently spotted at the back of the building. This made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. Given the circumstances, I believe I should have been offered a refund or at least some form of compensation for the poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.

It was friendly and enjoyable....

Liked: It was okay
Disliked: 1.The room temperature. It becomes a bit warm at times even though just for a brief moment 2. Their insistent of taking the Special Refundable Deposit only through Cards. They could take money, give the receipt, and refund timely at check-out.

Welcoming and clean

Liked: The staff were amazing and extremely friendly The location is good not far away from the center but in a very active street with nice shopping stores The gym is good equipped
Disliked: The water bottles ( you have to fill them by yourself) Also some days we would leave late and if you do you have to call for someone to clean the room The entrance ( you have to switch between to elevators to reach to your room )

Liked: location,spacious and tidy room
Disliked: I stayed with my family for three nights, and from day one, the shower gel was empty. I reported it to the front desk on the second night and was promised it would be refilled. Yet by the third day, nothing was done.I had to bring this up again, only to receive a casual "sorry." At checkout, the staff seemed unaware of the whole issue, and no follow-up or proper apology was offered.This lack of basic follow-through, combined with such a careless attitude toward guest complaints, is not the standard of service I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. I am extremely disappointed, and I have serious concerns about how this was handled.

Enjoyable stay for the entire...

Liked: We loved our spacious corner room, the customer service and quality of service in both dining locations and housekeeping, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel. The outdoor patio is a fun bonus and the location of the hotel is hard to beat. We look forward to returning.

Disliked: On our first day our room was not made by 4:30pm after being out the entire day. The second night we came home at around midnight and had no toilet paper - we called the front desk who said they would send it right up but nothing arrived. When we were packing to go home clothes that were on the top shelf had dust on them from being on the shelf
