Perfect location

Liked: The location can't be any better. It's right over the top of the cascading falls. It's also convenient to get to great restaurants. The decor is modern and fresh. The cleanliness was on point.
Disliked: The glass doors around the bathroom don't leave much to the imagination.

8/10 because of stain on...

Liked: Beautiful brand new hotel. Loved the fixtures and the way the place was decorated very modern. Beds really comfortable.
Disliked: I would give it a 10/10 but I had a large round yellow stain (hope was a stain) on my bed’s white comforter. Everything looked brand new so was a little disappointed with the yellow, not going to say it, stain. Seemed too new to have stained bedding. Our room wasn’t ready and we showed up at 3:00 on a Thursday. We went for an hour walk and came back and they still did not have our room ready. They took a while to get our room and then they tried to give us a King room. It was me and my grown daughter and I did not book a king. The desk staff did not make us a priority and we had to stand at the front desk for a while and gave the excuse we have only been open for 6 months. Others came after us and got their rooms right away!?!?
