Liked: Customer service was excellent, room was beautiful, location was okay
Disliked: I paid for a Riverview and couldn't see the river. The city view was pretty on the 19th floor

Liked: The location. The room was spacious.
Disliked: Valet parking is overpriced and the wait time to retrieve your car is very long (20 to 30 minutes - knowing the parking is almost in front of the hotel).Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, but at 4pm we were still waiting on our room (after arguing, we were then offered a upgraded room which was a nice gesture).Our bathroom was completely flooded by the room above us (not the 1st time from the marks on the roof, walls and rug in the room).

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: We were put on a floor that reaked of mildew. Fans were in the hallways trying to dry up the water. Our room also smelled of mildew. When we showered, the floors flooded. They did move us to another room but did not have any carts for our luggage, so we have to make several trips to move all of our stuff. They also charged $40 extra at time of check in for you to spend at their restaurant.
