Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and customer focused. They appeared to seriously enjoy their jobs.
Disliked: Housekeeping neglected to clean our room. We had to call the front desk when we returned at 4:00 pm for service. Even then only the bathroom was addressed. Dirty cups and no replacement of beverage supplies

Great property, Wonderful location, Misleading...

Liked: I liked the decor and the whole vibe of the property.
Disliked: On the booking.com site it says the property has microwave. But the reality was, it didn't have microwave. We contacted the front desk and they were blaming booking.com. Afterwards, we contacted booking.com, and it said it was the property's issue...

Lovely

Liked: Breakfast of stuffed French toast was awesome!
Disliked: My bed was a bit uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed closest to the window sank on both sides and was raised in the middle. Room 503 I think it was.

Liked: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!.. Staff could not have been better.. little restaurant and bar were delightful .. very clean and bed very comfortable.. room was very adequate.. WILL RETURN!
Disliked: No complaints!
