Great location, not the most...

Liked: The bar and restaurant is nice. The location is great.
Disliked: We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. We asked each morning specifically to have it cleaned and no one came our entire stay. The A/C was loud in the room and the soap was empty in the shower. We told front desk each morning and they assured someone would be there to clean and no one came.

Good choice for Philadelphia

Liked: Good location. Nice Federal Donuts resturant at the ground level. The hotel is newly renovated and all the facilities are in excellent shape. Staff friendly and professional.
Disliked: Nope.

Disliked: Valet took to long and we had called for it before even coming down, we gave it 30 min. Advance notice so we made it late to our dinner reservation. We falled the rules of valet notify us in advance and we did.

A nice hotel; but wouldn’t...

Liked: Location is great. The decor is beautiful. The bar is lovely.
Disliked: Hotel staff forgot to turn off the hotel’s outdoor music and at 3:30am, club music was blaring and woke us up. They eventually turned it off after I called the front desk.Cleanliness needs to be ramped up a notch. There was a condom packet left in the drawer from a previous guest, and the general dusting / wiping of surfaces needs greater attention. Same in the gym. Although the rubbish left down there could have only just been left when we visited.
