Liked: The architecture was absolutely beautiful and I have a huge fan of everything that the Hilton family does continue to do to make a safe, beautiful space for people to travel and stay there some of the nicest people in the world. Every single staff member that I encountered was awkward, passive aggressive, rude, called me and my partner names, and acted like they were better than everybody else. I genuinely hope that this is addressed, because I will tell everyone I know about my experience there, including the Hilton family, and I just really hope that, this is maybe a learning lesson for the staff and management to treat people better than you found them. Disliked: I literally whatever other slept on the street I think I felt safer there. The man who checked me in at the front desk in the evening was very creepy and rude, and really had no business treating me like anyone or anything. I understand that he you know technically did his job, but he also didn’t explain to me that my other not business card for travel would be the authorization hold, which is still holding 560 some dollars on a card that it should not be I use my business card for business travel and I use my personal card for personal travel I’m pretty sure at this point everyone knows how that works so I would look into that. I understand it takes a few days but the fact of the matter is he should’ve asked me which one I preferred instead of assuming and charging me and inconveniencing me it’s not about the money it’s about the principal and the respect.

Liked: Lovely rooms, lobby, clean
Disliked: Front desk staff abrupt, not friendly, in a bad location. Not a lot of lively restaurants nearby. Cocktails at bar were undrinkable, food was at best just ok. For the cost we were expecting a more high end experience but the lack of hospitality was a huge negative.

Liked: Second stay at this unique hotel. The lobby decor is very interesting and the room decor has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.
