Liked: The staff was very nice and accommodating
Disliked: I’ve stay here plenty of times and never had a complaint, but this time the room was different it gave more of a older room, the tv didn’t work, and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest!

Liked: The staff is great. The property is quiet and cozy despite being in the heart of downtown Memphis right off Beal Street.
Disliked: Nothing, just be mindful that downtown gets pretty noisy at night.

Liked: It was close to the ball park
Disliked: It did not have a refrigerator to keep cold things in

It was disappointing.

Liked: Location was excellent. Bar staff was good. It was clean.
Disliked: Front desk was unfriendly. We had one towel upon arrival. TV remote was missing. When delivered they found TV had never been hooked up. One cup for coffee. Pillows were hard as rocks.
