great central location to visit...

Liked: location, clean, modern, great gym, nice lobby, cafe for quick breakfast
Disliked: cost of parking and need to use valet - had to wait longer times to get car a few times

Liked: The staff were exceptional! Ebone and Jordan helped me and my granddaughter feel welcomed and comfortable!!
Disliked: Hard to find the entrance and valet parking was necessary.

Liked: The location was perfect. Its a 5 minute walk to beale street and other things. We did not have to drive the entire time we were there unless we wanted to do things further away from downtown. The room itself was really nice too. The bed was VERY comfortable.
Disliked: The location was perfect, but the fact that parking is mandatory and is $50 a night is ridiculous. The room is already expensive enough, having to pay that much for parking just seems to be a little too much. The only other parking options surrounded by that hotel seem kind of iffy. Also our room was facing a parking garage, with no type of view.

Liked: great location, just steps away from Beale Street and across from the Peabody. We did not eat at the hotel but did have breakfast at the Peabody.
Disliked: Very small room.
