Disliked: Room, asked five times for an extra luggage rack. Finally told they do not have extra luggage rags.All information in on a QR code. So know idea where the restaurants are or the opening hours or what is on the menu.

Liked: Location was close to Marathon activities, room was clean, hotel was nice looking.
Disliked: The area nearby the hotel was a little strange. When we walked to el Corte Ingles or the metro station, we had to go through a very strange area that seemed deserted. At times there were homeless people around. I didn't feel that safe.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Not very clean. The bathing facilities were poor. Shower over a bath is just plain dangerous. Had to step into bath to turn shower on. No safe matting on floor of bath. I would have thought that The Hilton brand would be more concerned about maintaining their reputation but clearly not. Bathroom was not clean at all

Liked: Difficult to find and horrible parking. You have to go through the bathroom to get into the bedroom. This is an awkward set up for someone to leave the room while someone else is using the bathroom given the opaque door.
Disliked: Paid for a king bedroom and got a queen bedroom.
