Liked: GOOD LOCATION, NICE LOBBY AND BAR, BAR STAFF FRIENDLY. GYM AND POOL VERY GOOD.
Disliked: AREA OUTSIDE THE HOTEL IS VERY RUN DOWN, WITH UNSAFE WALKING PATHS. LOTS OF ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR IN THE SURROUNDING AREA, WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE LIVING. FOR A BUSINESS AREA, ITS VERY UNUSUAL. HOTEL STAFF WERE LOVELY, FOUND THE LOCALS NOT VERY FRIENDLY.....

Liked: We had a brilliant stay at the Canopy by Hilton in Madrid. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were generously upgraded to a suite free of charge, which made the experience even more special. The room was stunning with an amazing view, and the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver during the 42-degree heatwave!The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight — the perfect place to cool off while enjoying beautiful views across the city. The atmosphere up there was fantastic, and it really added something special to our stay.The reception team were all super friendly and welcoming — a big shout out to them. Also, special thanks to the gentleman who helped us with our bags. I didn’t catch his name, but he was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and couldn’t do enough for us — a real asset to the front-of-house team.The only minor downside was that we couldn’t access the terrace bar due to a private brunch event that day, which was a bit of a shame. But overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return again. Highly recommended!
