Wonderful place to stay for...

Liked: Booked for a special occasion (mum's birthday) and the staff made sure to help make my mum feel extra special - which was hugely appreciated! The beds was SO comfy, and the rooms were perfectly quiet. Air con was also quiet and worked a treat for a midsummer stay. Would definiteyl stay again.
Disliked: My only feedback would be that the air con light is very bright - and actually lights up the room (which would otherwise be perfectly dark thanks to the black-out blinds). I'd have liked little covers on these to block them out (I didn't have anything available to block them myself).

Liked: All staff were fantastic from the moment we checked in until we left. They left a lovely happy birthday wish for my partner in the room for us arriving. Room was fantastic. We checked out at 11am and they provided us facilities at around 6pm for us to shower etc, before we headed to the airport - fantastic touch. Would recommend for anyone travelling to London

Liked: The hotel looks great, the rooms look fantastic, the bed was so comfy that we actually over slept and nearly miss check out, for some1 who nearly wakes up a 6 and to be still a sleep at 10, that's how relaxed I was
Disliked: There is nothing to dislike
