Liked: Courteous staff and clean rooms
Disliked: We ordered room service and after an hr and 30 mins it never came. Upon speaking to the front desk agent, we were told that the delay was because of a banquet and our order was cancelled.

Liked: The room was clean and quiet. I had stayed at a Canopy in DC and the air unit was so loud it woke me up at night when it turned on and off. This unit was great so I guess it speaks to who buys cheap vs putting money into the buildingthis is a good Canopy
Disliked: The gym had a nice dumbbell selection and bench but I wish they had a multi use weight machine instead of TRX only.

Disliked: This WAS NOT a 4 star hotel. The parking garage below the hotel has no signage, is not 24 hours, and the spaces aren't big enough to park. There was NO concierge on site. Evening and late staff were both unprofessional and unavailable.
