It was a great mini...

Liked: It was super clean, the location was on point, and the staff was helpful and welcoming.
Disliked: The parking was difficult and the valet was super expensive.

Best location, great staff and...

Liked: Loved the location, very walkable, beautiful, clean area and great restaurants- north end across the street! We stayed in a King City View, Loved the size of the bathroom, and the clothes storage area. Thoughtful touches with the nespreso maker, refrigerator drawer and purified water and ice on all floors. All the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.
Disliked: We found the beds to be too soft, my husband said he felt like he was in an hammock lol, pillows are like that as well, your head sinks too far..this is our opinion of course. We didnt appreciate the $ 15 dollar a day credit they say you have…then go and grab a yogurt from their store and it cost $14! Hilton, I think you can do better than that. But all that said, we had a great stay!

Nice and clean room on...

Liked: Location and nice room
Disliked: Beds could be better. Also mattress protector was of pure plastics given te feeling we were sleeping in a hospital bed, could be better materials for this price.
