Overall satisfied, I would have...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. The overall hotel was clean. The location was good.
Disliked: The room had a bit of an odd smell to it and the view was a slight view of the water when sitting by the window but was mainly of the bldg next door even though I paid extra for the room with the water view.

SUPER friendly and helpful staff,...

Liked: Beautifully decorated, within walking distance of Thames St. , felt like a safe area, on the River, GREAT STAFF…from the front desk to the valet staff, everyone was amazing. Out of the ordinary!
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The staff and location was exceptional
Disliked: The room system was so loud it kept sounding like running water(hvac) at first I kept running to the Bathroom thinking that the shower was cutting on and off.....had to change room after getting settled to a new room with no view, hence the reason why we choose Location, Not saying I wouldnt stay again just a horrible Experience
