Liked: I liked the way everything is set up and beautifully designed, but it looks to be that they put everything into the idea and not the actual property. The view was a nice business casual mixed with a garden scene and I liked the contrast.
Disliked: Booking.com said that breakfast was included in the fee and I had to request it and was told that it wasn?t included when I asked about the free breakfast. The pillowcase on the bed was stained when I turned it over. The hotel said they were out of face towels. A $50 fee for liabilities was placed on top of my account and no one had said a word of it the days leading up to my stay and there was no information on the website about it. The bathroom was ok until I took a closer look at the shower. The light behind the bed flickers or doesn?t work at all. Only one bedside lamp works and most all of the plugs don?t work. The tv wouldn?t stay connected long enough for the YouTube and Netflix platform to work and it wouldn?t even turn on half of the time. Most of the movies and videos on YouTube weren?t even supported.

Liked: The staff were very courteous and welcoming. The breakfast servers were excellent. The room was very clean. Everything in the room is great quality.
Disliked: The room is too small, refrigerator too small and there was no microwave. There was only 1 washcloth in a room that sleeps 2. Paying $30 per day to park is ridiculous.

Liked: Loved how Mr. BASS, Gus and all the rest of the staff treated us. Excellent people skills throughout the hotel. Dallas, hats off to a super valet. Pet friendly as well! Make this hotel your place while visiting Atlanta
Disliked: Trouble with the AC one night

Very disappointing. I will not...
Liked: Most of the staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. The room was nice.
Disliked: When my daughter and I arrived, I noticed that there was only one washcloth in the bathroom so I used the Hilton app to request that we be brought at least one more. After about an hour or so, I received a response from one of the housekeepers advising that they were short on washcloths and offering to bring hand towels up instead. I told her that would be fine, but she never brought them. I tried calling the front desk later that night but was unable to reach anyone - the phone rang several times, but no one ever answered. The next morning, I called down to the front desk to request clean towels and additional wash cloths and also requested that our room be cleaned. The man I spoke with acted as if I had been complaining incessantly and advised that I had "already been told" that there was a washcloth shortage and there was nothing he could do about it. He went on to tell me that "due to covid guidelines" they were only permitted to clean 20 rooms per day and they had already hit that number. Had I known that the hotel we were staying at would be unable to provide sufficient towels or to clean our room, I would have stayed elsewhere. After a long conversation, he agreed to send someone up with fresh towels and to empty the wastebaskets, all the while acting as if it was a huge imposition. In the scheme of things, not being able to provide enough washcloths is not a deal breaker. What was a deal breaker for me is the way I was treated and the fact that they were using covid as an excuse not to provide the services their guests are paying for. It is also interesting to note that later that same day, I noticed a housekeeping cart just down the hall cleaning another room - makes me wonder how they were able to get that done since I was told they had already hit their limit for the day.
