Liked: Staff was very accommodating throughout the facilities and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort
Disliked: I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes - the doors would not open. It took a minute or so for someone to answer the call button with I called.

Disliked: On April 12th, when I returned to the hotel after a busy day, there was no electricity. The elevators did not work. After waiting in the lobby for more than two hours, I took the stairs to find no drinking water. Went down eight floors to get water but couldn't find anything. Considering this was an unexpected situation, most guests were confused and unsure of what to do. There was hardly any staff to answer our questions or help us. I wish the hotel had handled the situation more efficiently.

Accommodating and clean.

Liked: I loved that it was right in ATL I can easily grab an Uber and go. The staff was kind and ensured we could check in early for a special event. I have a disability and they were accommodating ensuring I had a shower chair.
