Great location, simple stay.

Liked: Great location. Simple hotel.
Disliked: It would be great for rooms to have a hot water kettle for us tea drinkers. Other than that, we were comfortable.

Liked: I really liked the location, being able to use the trail to walk to the aquarium and the wharf. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was disappointing. The water had to be turned on full force in the sink to make sure it didn't spill on the counter. The shower water was not strong enough.

Liked: The location was excellent, the staff was amazing, and the pillows and bedding were clean and comfortable

Disliked: When we arrived, we were told that though we booked a three person room through booking that one person would have to sleep on the floor and that it was bookings fault not theirs. Was a very uncomfortable night...

Disliked: Despite never posting the "do not disturb" sign, our room was not cleaned once during our 3 night stay. The AC unit in the room also did not work well. Other than that, the space itself was nice and the location to Cannery Row and the Aquarium was perfect!
