Good

Disliked: Despite never posting the "do not disturb" sign, our room was not cleaned once during our 3 night stay. The AC unit in the room also did not work well. Other than that, the space itself was nice and the location to Cannery Row and the Aquarium was perfect!

Liked: Quiet, convinient value near to Cannery Row! Friendly staff available when you need them. Will stay again!

Very good

Good value, good location, big...

Liked: The location was great. It's about 15mins walk to the "centre" of the town where most things are going on. Good to know that you can park your car already at the Inn even though you haven't checked in (before 3pm). Just need to let the staff know. This saves you USD20 from parking in the centre of the city. The property is very close to the sea and you can hear the sea lion soaring which was very fun
Disliked: Renovation is a bit outdated and lack of big trolley from the car park to help with multiple luggage which makes it a little bit difficult to drag luggage into the room

Very good

Liked: The location between Cannery Row and San Carlos Park/beach was amazing for kids! We could catch the trolley to get around Cannery Row, and the young kids loved the beach and grass at the park. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the refrigerator was much better than typical hotel models. I was afraid it might be noisy or cold because of the design, but there were no problems (we were on the second floor-I don't know about the first floor).
Disliked: A little updating might be nice in the bathrooms, but overall, it was a good experience.

Disliked: Drain in the shower did not work.

Charming seaside lodgings

Liked: Location was excellent! Moments from the sea, very easy walk to town. Rooms were very spacious (great as we were travelling with a lot of kit). Definitely great value for money considering the location and other hotels in the area
Disliked: The decor is a little tired HOWEVER it added to the motel /road trip charm
