Disliked: Room was still dusty, saw a lot of cobwebs on open ceiling (loft style but from and old building) the view of the ceiling was scary in the main bedroom since it’s old wood and metal rusted columns running across the ceiling. Tv 2 wasn’t working when we turned it on and we had to call I.T which did not get resolved. Early morning some alarm was beeping on the third floor, can hear it through hall and took a while to stop. Got scammed on the vending machine, tapped card and declined , then tapped again and said declined, then tapped again and went through but got charged for 4 pops instead of the two that approved. Looked fancy but really wasn’t. No ice machine as well and $20 parking. Def not $200 a night.

Liked: Clean, spacious, comfortable.
Disliked: Sound insulation could have been better. We travel with earplugs and a white noise machine so it was fine for us.

Liked: Great location, beautiful rooms, and parking can't complain. Honestly, it's way better than I thought.

Liked: Very nice modern and clean rooms.
Disliked: Not quite as central to the tourist areas compared to other hotels but worth the walk based on how nice the rooms were and how cheap parking was.

Disliked: No regular TV channels, TV not user friendly to older guests. Not enough space for toiletries in the bathroom, Maybe the bed can be a little higher. Difficult for older guests to get up from lower points.

Liked: Location was excellent, just a short walk to the American side of the falls along via the Clifton Hill area.Room (King Studio) was a comfortable size with kitchenette. Bathroom was a comfortable size and clean.Restaurants available within a short distance by walk.
Disliked: Walking needed to reach the Cannery Lofts, if using only bus to get around.
