A perfect staycation

Liked: The staff D and Janice were so wonderful they are the best be sure to take good care of those girls they would be hard to replace staff with there special touch

Decent place to stay

Liked: The kitchenette and staff. The lobby was so pretty decorated for Christmas. It looked like you were sitting in the livingroom with your family! I also loved the access to the family room! I celebrated Christmas with my Ohio family and used the room.
Disliked: The rooms.need a lot of work! The handles on the vanity in the bathroom.was all rust! It was old and outdated. The kitchenette was nice to have but needed cleaned better.

PHENOMENAL disappointment

Liked: I am in the process of attempting to contact someone about my stay; this was the WORST experience...we arrived at the hotel around noon, i had called & was advised we could check in early; the receptionist (I was later advised this was the MANAGER) said I did not have a reservation & referred me to the Grove City location (I tried to call Grove City, before traveling, NO answer, despite many attempts); we drove 1/2 hour to Grove City, we do not have a reservation, the front desk woman, advised the reservation WAS where we just WERE; I called...the MANAGER had the reservation under my last name (Smith, Jennifer) (why?) so, we drive BACK...now we have spent $20 in gas, missed part of the festival we paid to attend (hence our reason for being there), the Austintown location advertised an OUTDOOR pool (no), free breakast (no)...i am extremely dissatisfied & seeking some kind of restribution; the only thing i liked was the very comfy bed
