Passable
Liked: It was quiet.
Disliked: There was a dead bug in the coffee maker. Dishes were dirty. There someone esle towel and clothes left behind. They charge me $90.00 and $30.00 that's still pending on my card and they have not removed it yet after I called them about it.

scam people out of money
Liked: never stayed , they transferred me to new hotel because of plumbing issues , never had a reservation at the new hotel , paid and never got to stay completely screwed me out of money and then never called back to correct the situation when I called them back they just hung up on me this place has the worst customer service ever !!!
Disliked: the staff was rude not helpful and just kept hanging up

I would never return to...
Liked: This hotel does not provide breakfast. They have a little store location that you can purchase breakfast items.
Disliked: I didn't like the staff. The lady when I checked in was great she was the great staff I dealt with. The third shift staff member was terrible. She came to work in a bonnet and with the attitude. The pool didn't have any clean towels. If they was washed the day before there would have been towels available.

Awful smell, water problems, and...
Liked: location was 15 minutes from our planned activity.
Disliked: Room 220: Upon arrival late at night, our room was very hot (with the window open?) and had an acrid smell about it. When we got the room cooled off, the smell was recognizable as urine. My wife was able to take a shower on Saturday morning. When I tried around 10:30 am, the water turned scalding hot while I was in there, despite me not having touched the handle. I tried to turn it all the way to cold, and that did not make a difference. The water then cut out altogether, and we were able to make the water come back on for a very short (and hot) time by turning on the faucet in the bathroom sink. This did not last very long, and resulted in my wife having to carry pots of tepid water from the kitchen sink area to me so I could rinse myself to get out of the shower. I came downstairs, now late for our Saturday activity and was told that “someone else must have been using a shower at the same time”. This is an unacceptable answer to being repeatedly scalded. I understand that some showers may suffer a loss of pressure when another in proximity is used, especially in a hotel. I could have worked with that. The complete lack of water, and no control of the temperature is very big issue. A manager called and offered to change our room. We returned to the property to move our things to room 102. When we got there, the door was propped open using part of the safety lock mechanism, the beds were unmade, dust everywhere, cupboards open and things on the counter. We returned to the front desk and were sent to room 410. Upon returning to the hotel that evening, I had to come down from room 410 twice to get keycards reactivated/made because we could not get back into the hotel room. We received numerous calls from the property over the course of our stay asking if we had checked out or where we were because of some issue the staff must have been having with their system. Overall this made what was supposed to be a fun trip stressful and more tiring.
