The room could’ve been better...

Liked: Nice staff.
Disliked: The rooms looks nothing like the photos online, the bathroom toilet looks horrible, the room smells like mold it could’ve been better and the place was horribly hot.

Need a full refund after...

Liked: I didn’t like my stay at all the employee name Jay that works the front desk was very rude about the issue I had about the bed bug bites he didn’t want to provide me his full name for my documents and didn’t provide the manger name he stated the manager wasn’t there after still after two days of me calling. he as very rude!!!! I have sent over pictures of the bed bug bites of me and my husband still haven’t heard from the manager!!!! I need a full refund and also have seen a doctor about the bites!!!
Disliked: The staff very unprofessional!!!
