Okay--but needs improvement!!

Liked: Location and convenience was great. It was roomy and allowed for someone to sleep and other person to study or do other things outside of the room without disturbing someone's sleep. Great kitchen and counter facilities.
Disliked: Very noisy outside our room and constant banging in early morning hours or late at night. Made sleep difficult. Bed was way to uncomfortable and needs replaced with better and newer mattresses. Staff--not very considerate or kind, and maintenance man banged on our door without cause or reason, trying to say he needed to check the room and he searched the whole room, without my husband's permission, even though my husband told him we did not call maintenance or say there was a problem with the window. My husband was very annoyed and disturbed by this burly man, banging on the door and demanding entrance into our hotel room, even without his permission. Very unprofessional!!!!
