Liked: When I come over, I had dropped my bags and went to a wedding rehearsal. I came back to the room later that evening to shower and get ready for the wedding and there was hair in the shower. Also the drawers in the bathroom. Looked like they had not been wiped in a very long time so I called the best in informed them about the hair in the shower and things like that and . The have cleanliness. As I went to lay down, the people above me were jumping over the floor however they end up moving me to a new room, which I appreciate it. Mike did that for me. Everything was OK except for the bed. It was very uncomfortable and it was small. I guess they only have wing bags.

Disliked: Smells, most of the fitness equipment was broken, no one told us about ice? Quoted at checking in the wrong price! Luggage carts were extremely bad and very hard to use and get through the front door …which the white door was filthy dirty.. parking lot had a broken down car with a cloth for the back window and a flat tire…not good to see! We had a German cockroach on our bed in the morning …found out it was an Asian style bug that looks the same! Other than that we liked the place…on a scale 5 out of 10! Don’t plan on using this brand in the future!
