Not sure I would stay...

Liked: The location
Disliked: Room was dirty. Wet towel was left behind bathroom door. Half drank soda was left in the refrigerator. Hand prints and dirt on walls and doors ( that I could easily clean off with a wet wipe) Hard floors and carpets did not seem cleaned. Smelled like pets
