Liked: Requested a ground floor room with the front desk staff prior to arrival, did not happen.
Disliked: Front desk staff & no breakfast or breakfast voucher for nearby restaurants

Liked: The room itself was very nice, comfortable, and clean. There were numerous areas to walk my dog. Loved the free coffee bar along with a lot of “oops I forgot” products for purchase. Staff was excellent!
Disliked: I was sad to see my dogs bowl covered with ants upon waking up. Yikes! While there were numerous areas to walk my dog, it was also covered with cigarette butts. Maybe a few receptacles would help. Also, if you are driving a large truck/trailer the available parking is almost nonexistent.

Disappointing. Especially for the price.

Liked: The location was convenient with plenty of area for walking the dogs. Had a kitchenette and the room was large and well laid out. Parking was ok.
Disliked: There were pubic hairs in the bed. When we notified the front desk, they gave us clean sheets to remake the beds ourselves. They told us they didn't have any new room to move us to.
