Liked: Quite, noticed a few people long term that gave my unopened food to like room 112. Lady said she did not know how long she was going to be there.Pool area is clean, nice bath towela.This is full studio apt with your own cooking utensils for 2 people. Use InstaCart for quick grocery delivery or Fry's about 3 blocks away.
Disliked: Did not likes: 1. no breakfast. 2. on demand housekeeping only. 3. No attendant when I departed.4. Lamp metal table not cleaned (photo #1)5. Dishwasher handle knob broken off but was able to use it. 5. Sink fake front was off and just bearly on.Not good if you are someone in there 70's, no car traveling alone!!Restaurants are at least 4 blocks away and after mid May it sis too hot to walk.

Filthy

Liked: I liked that it was in a good location and the doors had double locks and latch lock.
Disliked: It was filthy!There were two large grease smudges on the microwave door. The inside of the microwave was smelly and had specks of food inside. I couldn't warm up my food.There were some hair in the tub, shower curtain and on the floor. There was some kind of liquid dripping on the side of the restroom cabinet. The restroom sink and toilet were dirty. The sheets and blanket were old and stained in some areas. They needed to be washed and replaced . I saw several small streaks of what looked like blood and or food on the blanketI wiped the recliner 4 times with a disinfectant so I could sleep on it for the night. It was dirty.The towels were clean. I told the clerk at the front desk about the filthy room after I cleaned up the recliner and all the door knobs, toilet seat and faucets. She offered another room. I told her I would sleep on the cleaned up recliner. T was tired and didn't know what to expect from another room. I didn't shower or sleep on the bed. I asked for a discount but she only gave me a name and number to call.

Disliked: You are charged the entirety of your stay at check in along with a hefty security deposit. I’ve never paid for an entire week long stay in advance.There is drug use all around the perimeter of the hotel.
