Horrible stay all the way...

Liked: Clean and convenient
Disliked: Desk clerk bad attitude and refused to check me in after asking me my reasoning for staying there. I advised her that I had already answered the question on booking dot com. Then I told her because I wanted to stay there if she must know. She then refused to check me in and stated since I was local she didn’t have to give a room which I hadn’t never heard of and have stayed there many times before. General manager had to come back to the location and work things out. Clerk then asked me if I thought she was being racist which never came out of my mouth or ever insinuated. Bed was very uncomfortable and there was a loud noise coming from somewhere in the room (refrigerator possibly). I made a recording of the noise and sent it to the general manager. At first she stated that her engineer went to check it out but and did not hear anything. Video has been sent over for proof. Waiting on a response from hotel. I ended up leaving around 2am because I could not sleep. I reported this to the overnight desk clerk as well in which he heard it as well.

Liked: Was clean, spacious room & didn't smell bad
Disliked: A/C didn't cool properly. Was not in position to have addressed while there. Called front desk and reported & would have been nice to receive a credit of some kind since paid 'event pricing' for a room that otherwise would have been probably 1/2 the price

Liked: close proximity to I-10 interstate
Disliked: musty odor/smell in hallways and in our room when first arriving...but the room was deodorized immediately and got the a/c up and running to cool things off.
