Very disappointing. Hard to be...

Liked: No breakfast.
Disliked: Room needs major updates. Cabinets damaged, carpet old & dirty, chip & cracker crumbs on floor, piece of tape with small curly hairs on the counter. Mold and dirt on upper ledge in shower.

Liked: Room was easy to navigate with wide doorways. Ton of amenities, such as ice maker.

Liked: 1 bed for 3 people. Dirty floors. Not.enough towels. Outlet didn't work. Toilet kept running.etc.etc

Disliked: We reserved two beds and were given one. The best plan to resolve this was to separate our family of 3. We couldn't do that, so the three of us had to share a bed. After a long drive, to be met with this surprise was more than disappointing. Needless to say, we did not get a good rest.
