Close to airport, geeat shuttle...

Liked: I didn't have breakfast, checked out at 4am.The location to the airport was great. The shuttle to the airport was convenient for me.My stay was very short but happy with the time I was there.

Dirty

Disliked: At check-in, i noticed that there was a clipboard sitting on the desk with personal information just sitting in the open for everyone to see. The room wasn't very clean. I walked around my room barefoot for a little bit and my feet week black! So gross!!!! The bathroom door had a hole in it. The wallpaper was ripped off in places and the wall by the TV had a black line on it.

Inconvenience!

Disliked: The TV wasn't working properly and had to call twice. Second I had to ask for a different room. It was not offered to move us. In the second room there was no phone or clock. There was 2 bars sticking out of the bed frame that could have injured someone that we were not made aware of at the time. I put two pillows over them so we wouldn't hurt ourselves in the night. I explained all this to the clerk the next day and it was oh ok. But I felt they should have said sorry for the inconvenience let me take some off the bill or something.

Liked: No breakfast few times I stayed cooffee always broke
Disliked: Fixing cooffee machine would be great bonus

I would not stay here...

Liked: The sidewalk had many cracks in it and made it hard to walk with my walker
Disliked: The staff were extremely rude and beds were very hard

Good location; needs massive renovation

Liked: The location is good and the staff is friendly
Disliked: The room was really run down, fridge seal broken, bed disheveled, old furniture, very uncomfortable bed, doors are not sound proof (could hear a mouse walk passed your room). Cost per night was way too high for the condition of the hotel. I would rate is a 1 star.

Disliked: Rooms need to be updated, including the bathrooms.
