Disappointing

Disliked: I had booked a queen bedroom suite with sofa bed. When we entered the room, we got a two queen-bed room. We went back downstairs to ask why we didn’t get the queen bedroom suite with sofa bed, and the front desk said that he didn’t have any more rooms left like that and that I would have to take this up with booking.com. It wouldn’t have been a big deal on a normal day if I was traveling with my husband, but I wasn’t this time and having an additional door as an added barrier brings me comfort when I am traveling without him. I can’t recall 100% if I paid more for my room I feel like I paid $60 more and I would like to be compensated.

Liked: The space of the room with the kitchen was a perfect fit for my family and I.
Disliked: The room had an old smell that air freshener and cleaner wipe down didn't take away. It didn't smell fresh at all.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the coffee maker downstairs in the lobby that said it was free. We were told that if we didn’t use small cups that they were going to charge us with we use our personal reusable cups that didn’t make sense to me they want me to use Styrofoam cups, besides the machine.
