It served us well for...
Liked: We liked the location and room amenities
Disliked: No coffee available in lobby and only decaf on room. Didn’t get a breakfast. Some essential items to use kitchen facilities were not there such as any cooking equipment only one fork, etc the room had an odd smell.

Liked: Derron has excellent customer service skills and was very friendly and concerned that are stay was good . Lots of added upgrades, keep up the good work Derron!! All staff friendly

Worst experience ever at a...

Disliked: We paid for a 3-person room, but WERE GIVEN A ROOM FOR ONLY 2 OCCUPANTS. When we saw that the room did not have a sofa bed as booked and paid, the staff told us that the fault was Booking.com's, and they offered us a blanket for one of us to sleep in a chair!! Hotel reception explained that their triple rooms were fully booked, even though our reservation clearly reflected a booking for three occupants. Absolutely unacceptable. The hotel refused to cancel our booking and give us a refund, they refused to give us a discount, and they refused to reimburse us the difference between the triple room we paid for and a double room. The bed was not even a large bed; it was only a double bed. We had just arrived from Europe after traveling over 24 hours, and one of us was forced to find alternate accommodations at 10 p.m. with no assistance whatsoever from hotel staff. Hotel staff repeatedly blamed Booking.com and told us that any refunds, reimbursements, complaints, or changes of hotel must be done through Booking.com, but we did not even have internet access or a U.S. telephone to be able to do so. This is the absolute worst experience we have ever had at a hotel and on Booking.com. We would suggest that Booking.com resolve the issue with the property, as our reservation amounted to false advertising. Simply put, we did not get what we paid for. We would kindly request a reimbursement for the entirety of this reservation.
