Liked: Stayed during a power outage at my home due to weather and I have health issues and need power. Have stayed there several times in the past prior to moving to the area. Always clean and friendly. Power at my home came back on 2 days sooner than expected. I was prepared to have to pay with no argument from me but the cancelled the extra days no questions asked. That should be common customer service but in today’s world that is superior. Will keep me coming back and recommending to others.

Leisure trip to visit family...

Liked: Location, very close to I-44 which is where i needed to get on to get to my goal.
Disliked: I have been there many times. My wife and I always get a Queen Suite, very roomy. Although this time I booked a Queen mobility room. Same price as a Queen Suite but only half the room. Well, Ill know n exist time, if there is a next time.

Location was good. But there...

Liked: Location to where I needed to be at for Ct scan
Disliked: There seem to be a smell in the room and the shower curtain at the bottom was dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!
