Hire new front desk staff

Disliked: Front desk staff incompetent. Called twice to confirm early check in. They confirmed 12 noon. We arrived later than expected 2:45 and had to wait 25 mins for them to clean our room. The lady who confirmed the room would be clean did NOT care or offer any sincerity. Never again will I spend $200 a night on this place again, nor should you! We checked out in 12 hrs.

Liked: Convenience of the location to a lot of shops/eateries. Room was a good size. Nice having a full fridge with ice maker. The bed was comfy
Disliked: Our room smelled like smoke! I booked a king only to be told that they over booked and no kings were available 🤨. The furniture in the room was old and peeling

The staff was very welcoming....

Liked: The property is conveniently located with lots of great parking, easy access to elevator, and the property was very clean and they have a great staff.
