Clean and Comfy

Liked: When we checked in, Becky was so courteous and accommodated my mistake with a smile. The overall staff was very nice, if I am ever in Sidney again I will be staying there.
Disliked: My stay was too short.

It never happened. Hotel cancelled...

Disliked: After I had booking confirmation through a 3rd party the hotel called me directly and said that no I did not in fact have any reservations with them as they were full. They sent me a cancelation number but I have not received confirmation that the funds were put back into my account. We had to struggle to find other accommodations as there were many events in the area.
