Awful, I would not recommend...

Liked: Sherry was rude, uncaring and completely disrespectful. I would NEVER stay there again. Other staff members were nice, it’s such a shame how 1 person can completely ruin an experience.
Disliked: Extremely rude, unprofessional front desk woman named Sherry. Clearly she doesn’t understand that the customers pay her salary, ignorant in every aspect of the word. Very unkind and uncaring.

Liked: The fitness center was good, had plenty of equipment to use. I appreciated the free laundry
Disliked: It was extremely dirty and gross. The trash outside in parking lot was overflowing throughout our entire stay. The hallways and elevator hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed not 1 time during our stay (I even took pictures). The trash in our room had not been taken out until I went down to the front office to request the room to be cleaned. During that time the worker said that unless you stay there for a week, you do not get housekeeping, and even then they only come in one time! It was gross! We saw bugs crawling in fitness center and 1 in our room. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was by far the dirtiest one I have ever seen. I will never go back there or recommend this hotel to anyone.
