Staff was nice and tried...

Liked: The rooms and hotel were clean but they have a roach problem. There were traps set up and when we entered the bathroom they all came out. We asked to move and they did give us another room but will never stay again.
Disliked: Roach issue.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: I did not realize the rooms had full kitchens, so this was a pleasant surprise. They are obviously set up for extended stay guests.
Disliked: Every thing was good. Nothing I didn't like.

Liked: The queen bed was smaller than i though it would be and hard as a rock which resulted in a bad nights sleep. I have never slept in such a hard bed at a hotel, my husband agreed, neither of us slept well.
Disliked: the bed and the toiletries in the bathroom, the toiletries were extremely minimal.

Liked: Staff, cleanliness amenities
Disliked: Maintenance details, ie loose plugs, peeling mirror frame, shower that shut itself off, curtain that wouldn't close (we clipped it shut with ball point pens) beds were too big for the room space and WAY too high for short people. Pillows too fluffy? Key cards were hesitant, floor strip between carpet and tile was too tall, especially if walking barefoot. Small details can sour the stew!
