Disliked: The rooms were out dated. The pics on the website are not accurate. There is a sign when you walk in that says remodeling coming soon. The ac didn’t keep the room cool and the beds were not comfortable at all. The sink had cracks and chips and the towel holders were falling apart. There was not a new sponge for dishes and half bottle of dish soap.

Disliked: Front desk personal are unprofessional and rude they need a service training always with unwelcome attitude . The only person with welcome smile was a cleaning person in the hall.

Liked: It was a good price for two nights
Disliked: The room had an odor, but it wasn’t terribly bad. I would say the rooms are on the smaller side. And the pool was very small. The place was a little dated, but other than that no complaints.

Liked: Everything was great. Staff was wonderful. Very pet friendly. Ours rooms were on the first floor by a door. Very easy to take dogs in and out.
Disliked: Kitchens pots, pans, utensils need to be updated.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed the kitchenette that was in our room. Customer service was amazing and so was the rate of our stay.
Disliked: Tv wasn’t compatible with the dvd player that was in our room, no way for staff to fix that issue
