Disappointing

Liked: The room layout
Disliked: The room was very smelly...couch was dirty floor was dirty room needs to be updated had to ask for wash clothes and towels. Was not happy with stay

A wonderful and relaxing stay...

Liked: The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. I liked the fact that it was a suite and we could prepare our meals if we chose to.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Disliked: There were homeless people staying there, and they were advertised as vacation hotel for traveler.They don't make it transparent that homeless people are living there

Friendly staff but the hotel...

Liked: It was located semi close to a lot of shopping centers and stores
Disliked: The layout of the 2 beds were weird, and the pictures during the booking process did not show that. The toilet wouldn’t flush as if the water was not filling back up after the initial flush. The tv did not work as it was only a smart tv and the wifi connection was not working. Someone had a trash bag put in the hallway full of food, which made the entire floor stink.

It was a placent stay...

Liked: The property wasn’t a bad area. I’ve heard some people say it smelled of cigarettes but I did not smell anything. Very open space in the hotel
Disliked: The sofa had stains on it and the shower/tub had some marks. And when you walk barefoot it made your feet black

Comfortable and relaxing

Liked: One of your staff (Nick) was wonderful very friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent as well.
Disliked: This location being closer to Route 85 would be a bit more helpful.

We only had a one...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The hotel had an odor. The air conditioning in our room with the 2 queen beds did not work at all so it was hot and hard to sleep. The bathroom door did not lock.
