Disappointed ☹️
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that the front desk clerk was a racist;showing prejudice and discrimination against people of a different ethnic group. The clerk decides to run my card before check in. I had to change my zip code. I changed it and paid on the booking website he denied my daughter and her 2 children to check in when all he had to do is look. I had to call booking to get involved. Thankfully another clerk came in and handled the situation. She saw everything in the computer he just refused to look. Thank goodness I was on the phone with her and he lied and said he was the manager and he wasn’t. Called hotel on the next couple of days because they charged my card again and reported him. Don’t think anything was done about him. I will never go there again. Karma is something real

Liked: over all room change due to AC ISSUES . good stay overall except comments below
Disliked: the fact that i had asked to pay at the property and had notified the property of this . however, in route to the property i noticed my credit card was processed the morning of before i got to the property . i NEVER AGREED for this to be done. i called the desk and talked to a male foreigner who tried to explain to me that once you book the rook you are giving the property authorization to process the fees. this has never happened to me ever. i explained is this in your policies and procedures in black and white and he kept repeating the property gets busy sometimes and they do this to hold your room? what? this is why you book the room to hold it. So, when i got there i explained again and he showed me and i saw it prior to for the full amount of the stay. $347.42 . after accommodations reduced my rates thank god , the cost was down and the difference was restored to my card in 2 days. however, the fact that i did not consent to the processing of the card prior to me getting there is my point. the rooms ac did not work and it was a very hot day. property was having issues with AC. they changed my room and thank you to eh young lady on nights . great customer service to correct this . over all, yes it was a good stay outside of the issue of my card being used without my approval. believe it or not i have already booked another stay in the future. NOW I KNOW what to expect ..great location , restaurants near by , outlets short pump, and just please note use your AARP, other discounts people it really helps with cost. no breakfast offered but places less than 3 miles away.
